Royal City Centre welcomes non-profit and charitable organizations to the mall for fundraising purposes. To request space, please fax or mail a detailed letter outlining your organization, purpose of being at Royal City Centre, a first choice and second choice of dates you wish to come, and your requirements such as a table, chairs, or electrical power. Your letter must be on organization letterhead and please include your charity's number if applicable. A Community Room, seating approximately 60 people, is located near Centre Court and is available for booking to community organizations. For information on booking the Community Room, please follow the same procedures as Charity Bookings above or you may contact us here. Please indicate if your organization is 'for profit' or 'not-for-profit'.
